1. Ownership
All materials provided by Famtastic Tours remain the exclusive property of Famtastic Tours.

2. Permitted Use
Approved materials may be used solely for the promotion and sale of Famtastic Tours programs to your clients.

3. Restrictions
You may not:

• Modify, rebrand, or alter materials without prior approval
• Reuse content to create or promote independent or competing travel products
• Share, distribute, or publish materials outside the purpose of promoting Famtastic Tours programs
• Remove or replace branding, pricing structure, or program elements

4. Program Integrity
All materials must be presented as provided, without misrepresentation of pricing, inclusions, or structure.

5. Conditional Access
Access to marketing materials, including co-branded assets, may be granted, limited, or withdrawn at Famtastic Tours’ discretion and may be tied to active engagement, confirmed bookings, or partner status.

6. Misuse
Any misuse of materials or breach of these terms may result in immediate restriction of access and termination of collaboration.
